Narrative description of Project:

Noi Bai – Lao Expressway is designed in accordance with TCVN 5729-97. Total length of 264km.

The minimum design speed of the first section is 100km/h.The package A3 is 31.64km in length, designed of 4 lanes. It includes 17 bridges (one large-scale bridge- Hong River Bridge), 1 service station, 48 underpasses and 7 box culverts.

Hong River Bridge: Balanced cantilever continuous girder bridge 2@40+85+4@110+85+4@40=850m. Bridge width: B=16,25m
