Project description:

Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway project connects Ha noi city to Hai Phong city passing four provinces, cities such as: Ha Noi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong. The starting point: On No.3 Ring road in Ha Noi city (belongs to Thuong Hoi village, Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district, Ha Noi). The ending point: 105+417 (Dinh Vu damp, Hai An district, Hai Phong city)

* Package EX-13 is supply and installation package of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), it consists some main items as:

– Tolling system (one stop tolling – MTC and non-stop tolling – ETC);

– Transport management system: camera view system (CCTV), Vehicle Detection System (VDS), Variation information system (VMS), weight control system (WIM) , the central management operation (CMO), device management system (FMS)

– Communication system: transmission system, internal telephone system

– Source system: Electricity supply for system, Provision electricity source (generator), electricity source for emergency prevention.

* Package EX-14 is machine and equipment package for management and maintanance of expressway. It consists:

– Machine, vehicle and equipment for management and operation;

– Machine, vehicle and equipment for maintanance.
