Building consultant engineers aimed at meet development demand, VEC Consultant organizes a competitive examination annually so as to select the qualified engineers to work at the Company.

 On 5 September 2015, the Company arranged the first competitive examination of 2015 for Bridge engineers. Candidates must take specialty, Autocad drawing and English exam. On 12 September 2015, the company will organize the second of 2015 Highway engineers and Surveying engineers.
Candidates passing the specialty round will continue to attend an interview. Candidates satisfying requirement will work at the company. Qualified engineers will participate in training courses in order to integrate cultural and professional working environment in company’ office and projects.
