In the morning of 10 April 2015, Vietnam expressway consultant joint stock company (VEC Consultant) organized the Annual general shareholders meeting in 2015. Attending the meeting were full representatives of shareholders: Vietnam expressway corporation (VEC), Nippon Koei Co.,Ltd (Japan), Guangxi Communications Planning Surveying & Designing Institute  (China) and other shareholder. President Mr. Nguyen The Cuong presided the meeting.   

After the serious and high responsibility working time, the annual general shareholders meeting in 2015 was a great successful. The shareholders approved important issues presented at the meeting: Production and Business Report 2014 and the Financial Statement in 2014; the plan of dividend payment and deduction for fund in 2014; change the  capital representative of Guangxi Communications Planning Surveying & Designing Institute.
On the same day, the Management Board of VEC met, discussed and approved some issues: The Direction and Business plan in 2015; Wage fund of management and service sectors in 2015; The review and revision of the regulations of the Company.
In closing speech, Chairman Mr. Nguyen The Cuong thanked for the presence and responsibility contribution of shareholders, and he hopes that VECC continues to receive the support and contributions of the shareholders for  stability  and development of the company.
