From May 27, 2015 to June 25, 2015, VEC Consultant in cooperation with PTI business school (PTI education group) organized a training course of management skill for company staffs. This is one of main contents in training plan of the company in 2015 to improve capacity for VEC Consultant’s management group

Under the guidance of well-experienced lectures, participants were provided from basic to advanced skills in management working as: planning, working organization and implement, supervision, motivated creation, training and staff control, issue resolve and making decision. These are important skills supporting staffs in improving personal capacity to become professional managers, and meet the demand of working requirement and company development.
